French pilots Sébastien ROLLAND / Vincent LEYS were awarded the gold medal in the 53. Coupe Aéronautique Gordon Bennett. The silver medal went to the swiss team Kurt FRIEDEN / Pascal WITPRAECHTIGER. The US pilots Mark SULLIVAN and Cheryl WHITE came third with the bronze medal.
